We have one room going in our four-bed flatshare. (£650 p/m + bills). There are three tenants staying on and we are seeking one new tenant moving in from mid to late December 2026 (females preferred).

We will be signing a joint and several tenancy.

The room is decently sized, furnished and has a double bed.

There is one shared bathroom, a large living room, a kitchen.

The flat is located in between Highgate station (10 mins) and Archway station (Zone 2 10-15 mins walk). It is on the main road with excellent bus links. You can get a parking permit for the streets nearby if needed.

There are lots of amenities nearby. There are several nearby grocery shops (Sainsbury’s 5 mins walk, Co-op 2 mins), green spaces (2 min from the Parkland walk, 10 mins from Waterlow Park and 25 mins from Hampstead Heath).

Bills are currently sitting at £165 but they could increase with energy prices etc.
