One single/double room (set as a single but is a pull out double bed). Lovely bright room.

Shared facilities. Two bathrooms one with separate free standing bath and shower and one with shower. Lounge, kitchen diner and views across Babbacombe bay.

Quiet residential area with parking on road and visitors parking.
