Double Room Available in Writtle Village – Female Student House (student preferable but not essential)

We’re looking for a new housemate to take over a double bedroom from 16th December in our shared student house in Writtle Village!

About the house:

  • Female-only household

  • Current housemates aged 19–22

  • Ideally looking for another female student who would fit in well with the house. But this is not essential and council tax will have to be arranged yourself.

  • Double bedroom for single occupancy only (no couples or room sharing)

We’re looking for a friendly, respectful and considerate housemate who will enjoy living in a shared student home and help keep it a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone.

Location: Writtle Village Rent: £125 per week / £500 every 4 weeks Bills: Not included (£50 contribution per month)* Available from: 16th December

We are a mixed age range (19-24) of students who are clean, respectful and polite who enjoy socialising. We are looking for someone to move in one of our vacant rooms. Ideally looking for someone in our age bracket but doesn’t have to be a student as long as you fit in with our house. :)
