This room is for single occupancy only and is situated in a strictly vegetarian household (live-in landlord). All utility bills and high-speed Wi-Fi are fully included in the rent.

Location & Convenience (TW13 7LA): • 10-minute walk to Feltham Station. • Short walk to bus stops, Tesco, Aldi, and Farmfoods.

House Rules: • Strictly vegetarian occupancy only (no meat/fish kept/cooked in the house). • Single occupancy only. No pets. No smoking.

We are a welcoming, busy, and respectful family household.

Currently living in the house are myself, my wife, our two teenage boys, and my mother (who lives on the ground floor). We also have a couple living in the loft room.

The most important thing to know about us is that the entire household is strictly vegetarian. We maintain a very clean, peaceful, and respectful home environment, and we do not allow any meat or fish to be cooked or kept in the property.

Because we are a family home, we are looking for a tidy, considerate vegetarian individual who will respect the space and fit into a warm, family-oriented environment.
