Bright double en-suite room in a quiet cul de sac with easy access to the A23 both North and Southbound. Use of Lounge/diner, kitchen, conservatory, patios, fully enclosed private garden. WFH max 2 days per week. A friendly fully housetrained dog would be considered for an additional monthly fee. No cats due to allergies. A discount is possible for basic gardening.

Brighton/Hove 15mins Crawley/Gatwick 20/25mins Hassocks train station is nearest with Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath not too much further. Busses 100 and 273 stop in the village
