Hey, we are looking for a new roommate! We live in the beautiful and buzzing east London block that is Harpley Square, a 5 min walk to Stepney Green tube, an 8 min walk to Bethnal Green tube and 10 mins to Victoria Park!

The flat and general area has a very homey vibe, we know a fair few of the neighbours which gives the place a nice community feel, and we’re even lucky enough to have a garden! The room currently has a desk in it, so looks a little different to the pictures currently.

We all work during the day, so viewings are going to be best arranged for 7ish in the evenings. Rent is £637.50 per month, plus bills.

There are 3 of us in the flat of 4. Two guys and a girl currently, we would like to keep the 50/50 balance. Sorry fellas! We are a pretty social house and are all very relaxed, creative people, and it’s important to us that we find someone who is on a similar wavelength.
