The room is large enough for a double bed and draws and wardrobe there is already a single bed there, but I can easily dismantle and store this if you already have furniture of your own.

You will have free reign of the property, except my personal room ofcourse, the kitchen is open plan living room Style with a corner style sofa, old roommate has recently moved out so there is space for furniture if you need it other wise I will make plans to kit it out better, Shared fridge the main bathroom has a bath and toilet with sink, the unsuite in my room Has a shower if preferred i juat need a heads up when you plan to hygiene by shower if you prefer so I may be iut of the way providing privacy.

There is also a balcony with outdoor furniture great for summer.

It is just me myself and I at the moment, I work in the construction industry as a external access tubular engineer, I’m looking for s room mate to take the edge of inflation, happy to hang out, easy to talk to, sometimes I like a day to myself as we all do, happy to share meals and grocery shopping as cooking for ones self can be tedious, but it is important to eat well and be healthy, on that not we are separately responsible for our food and mess within reason ofcourse I respect boundaries as I expect room mates to also respect them, I don’t mind if you have pets my last room mate had 2 cats.
