Looking for someone, preferably a student, to take over a tenancy at Beton House from January 2027 to July 2027 (Semester 2).

£150 per week for a large double room with an ensuite and a balcony. Sharing a kitchen with 4 other flatmates who are all students. £400 off the final rent instalment.
