This is a double room with king size bed in a 3 bed terrace house, on the sea front. On street parking available. It’s a 20 minute cycle to Ashington train station. (35min train into Newcastle) There’s a small garden to the front of the house with seating. There is a 3rd single room, which I would be happy for the lodger to use for guests/friends visiting. All bills are included in the monthly fee.

I work away from home, on a two week on/off rotation and spend my much of my off time with my girlfriend in Edinburgh. I also travel frequently so you would have sole occupancy most of the time. I find I’m home maybe 1 week maximum in every month. I like to travel, am pretty liberal and like being outdoors on my bike or in my boots. It would be nice to have someone in that suits the vibe.
