Comfortable furnished double room with your own private bathroom for exclusive use, in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat shared with just one other person.

The flat is maintained to a high standard, with regular upkeep to keep everything in good condition. The bills cover a thorough weekly 3-hour professional clean of the full flat, including a change of bed linen (which is provided by the lodger).

The private bathroom is separate from the bedroom rather than en-suite and has a full-sized bath and shower, and a storage cupboard and laundry bin.

The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, desk and chair, plus additional ottoman storage, making it suitable for working from home.

There is a very spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with plenty of room to cook, eat, work or relax without feeling on top of one another. The kitchen is fully equipped with everyday essentials and includes a dishwasher and washing machine.

Bills & weekly cleaning

The £200 monthly bills contribution is fixed rather than varying month to month. It covers:

In between the weekly clean, flat is kept clean and tidy, and outdoor shoes are not worn inside.

Location & development

The flat is on the ground floor of a quiet, well-maintained modern low-rise development with restricted through traffic and CCTV coverage.

It is around 3 minutes’ walk from Burgess Park, with its cafés, tennis courts, Saturday Parkrun and plenty of green space.

Camberwell, Denmark Hill, Peckham Rye, Dulwich and Elephant & Castle are all easily accessible. There are plenty of supermarkets and independent shops nearby, including a large Tesco around 10 minutes’ walk away.

Bike storage is available within the development.
