Rent is £550pcm plus bills. The property has a shared kitchen/living space, two bathrooms and good-sized bedrooms, with plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy.

We’re looking to create a clean, calm and respectful home rather than a party house. We’d love someone who treats the property like a home, keeps shared areas tidy and is happy to communicate openly about cleaning, bills and general household things. Looking to become more than just roommates and go for coffee dates, brunch, etc

We’re hoping to get the tenancy/referencing process moving ASAP, so this would suit someone ready to proceed fairly quickly.

We’re a group of women in our 20s, a mix of working professionals/students, and we’re looking for one more lovely girl to complete the house 🫶🏽

We’re friendly and sociable but also really value our own space, privacy, cleanliness and a peaceful home environment. Think cosy evenings, cooking, coffee/matcha, chatting in the kitchen sometimes, but absolutely no pressure to be joined at the hip 😂

We’re specifically looking for someone who is clean, considerate, respectful and communicative. The household is intended to be female-only, and we’re looking for someone who is comfortable keeping the home female-only in practice too, including visitors.
