A lovely two bed two bath in one of Birminghams most affluent areas. Fully furnished, with everything on your doorstep: a Tesco express less than a minute away, with multiple restaurants round the corner.

It’s also a 5 minute walk from new street station, and has free parking on site. It also has a secure gate going around. It’s a 2 bath, so you’d get the main bathroom.

I’m clean and respectful of personal space, and just need someone who’s cool with chatting in the kitchen on occasion and keeps mutual spaces tidy.

This will be subject to landlord/agent approval and an official tenancy swap through FleetMilne. The successful person will need to pass the agents referencing/eligibility checks before moving in.

No informal subletting - the tenancy will be formally changed with the agent. No move-in or occupation will take place until FleetMilne has formally approved the tenancy swap.
