Hello! I am looking for a replacement tenant for my room in a shared house in Stoke Gifford. The house is a new build on a quiet residential area, and just a five minute walk away from the metrobus bus stop straight into the town centre. The room is a downstairs furnished room with a private bathroom and bay windows to access the back garden. The room costs £600 PCM plus £86.73 council tax & bills. Bringing the monthly cost to roughly £750 depending on gas & electricity usage.

The current setup is a mixed gender household of 3 young professionals between 23-25 (not including myself), all of whom are lovely, clean and hoping to stay in this house a while and make it a cozy home. Two of the three are non-binary, and while the fourth person does not have to be LGBT+, it is important to me they are respectful! I want to make the transition as smooth as possible for the rest of the tenants, so would ideally organise an informal meeting to make sure the new tenant is a good fit.
