About the room

Hello. Iā€™m Grace, I have just moved into my first home and I am looking for a lodger. I work close by but do not work from home, the third bedroom in the property is an office so would suit someone who can work from home and it would always be yours. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and willing to do their share of the housework. Apart from that Iā€™m pretty easy going and quite chatty but will respect your space. I am mainly looking for someone who will think of the house as there home too and treat it accordingly. All bills included, including Council Tax and WiFi. Room available from 1st December (negotiable). Photos are from estate agent but will update after I have decorated.

Itā€™s just me in the property so would only be the two of us living here. A little about me, I enjoy cooking baking and hiking, I love a film night but also like to go out occasionally.
