Renting a house with 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms and a single room) with shared spacious living room and dining room, kitchen and bathroom, extra toilet out in annex/garage where laundry room is). Also, we have a big garden great for bbq season or just to hang out or even to do yoga. Extra storage in airing cupboard and above it, as well as in annex.

Single room has a deck bed with fold out couch, table with drawers and cupboard underneath plus chair with wardrobe and extra storage above it, rent is £650 with bills and will be available sometime near end of October. Window faces garden.

Bus 3 links available less than a minute from house and Park and Ride 2 link 10 minute walk, 15 mins away from City Center by bus, 25 mins away from Train station. Voi bike/scooter available 10 minute walk.

Near Abbey Leisure Center, 5 min walk. Near Retail Park and Beehive Center as well as Aldi and Tesco Newmarket few minutes walk about, 25minutes. Has carpark space in front of house. Cycle store by shed at rear of garden. Cycling to City center, 20mins.

Current housemates are 2 female professionals. I work as a nurse and my other housemate is a teaching assistant in a Cambridge School. We are friendly and courteous. We like to keep the place tidy and take turns with managing cleaning common areas as well as garden which we expect our new housemate will share with us.
