About the room

Hi nice to meet you my name is nash. I have a double room in a 4 bed house in portslade. Train station is a 6 minute walk and the bus stop a stone throw away. people living here myself and one other. we are both in are 30s. We have a dog in the house too she is super friendly. Big kitchen and a decent sized garden. Rent is Ā£ 850 pm (bills inclusive) one month deposit required.
