This is a detached property. With 3 cozy and spacious double bedrooms.

I am looking to rent out a room to someone. It will be a double room. The perks are, it’s a new house and I’m still setting up so you can give me suggestions of the aesthetic you would like in your room and I will see if I can make it happen.

The house also has an extremely beautiful garden, and a lot of light coming into all of the rooms of the house - it’s not a depressing house (in my opinion)

Now what’s around locally? So there are more than 4 different bus stops within a 2 minute walk (pretty much of the corner of the road) heading in different directions.

The house is in the middle of Rainham Station (C2C line - gets to West Ham in about 15 minutes)(20 min walk) or a 4 minute car ride, or a few bus stops. Other stations nearby are Dagenham East (District Line) and Elm Park (District line). The house sits in the middle of all 3 stations. Usually on my office days or if I’m going into central I walk to Dagenham East station to get on the district line. On the corner of the road (a 3 minute distance) you will find a Tesco express, various food shops including a chicken and chip shop (Hungry Dot - They sell fried, grilled chicken, burgers, wraps, pizzas, all sorts), a grilled chicken shop that also sells curries and loads of different items (Kebabish), a vet shop, a Turkish restaurant, lots of different off-licenses for snacks and drinks, A Chinese Restaurant, a halal meat shop, a salon and various enmities as well. There is a local gym but it’s not on the corner of the road, it’s a 20 minute walk away with memberships starting from £30.

The road is a pretty quiet road. Everyone is pretty friendly

I’m Sofia, I’m a final year medical student and also work full-time at a university.

Currently it’s just me and my husband living in this 3 bedroom property. My husband spends a lot of time at work and mind his own business. Meanwhile me, I work from home most days, if I’m not working from home, I’m studying from home and catching up on med school lectures or I’m cleaning.

I love gardening and the goal is to grow, my own fig tree, cherry tree, cucumbers, tomatoes, mint, spinach and everything I possibly can (a bit amitious, since I have been saying I will start on this goal and still have not been able to yet, but wait until my med school holidays start and then I can achieve all of my dreams).

I am positive and bubbly and will probably be your biggest hype person constantly making you believe in your dreams (even if they are a bit delulu).
