Double Room Available – Quiet, Friendly & Sociable Home

I’m looking for a friendly professional to join a quiet but sociable household. £650 per month with bills included, available from 16th October 2026.

The double room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers, so it’s ready to move straight into.

The house has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere — ideal for someone who enjoys having their own space but is also happy to chat and socialise rather than simply living as strangers.

There is on-street parking, and as the property is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac-style road, it’s usually possible to park directly outside or very close to the house.

You’ll also be sharing the house with my four-year-old cockapoo, who is very friendly, so being comfortable around dogs is important. 🐶

I am a 40yo male, working at QA hospital as an admin manager. I am quiet and considerate but do enjoy a decent conversation. Milo my cockapoo is a friendly boy who enjoys cuddles on the sofa, and a sneaky treat, but can be fairly shy to start with.
