We’re looking for a friendly, tidy student to join us in a bright, modern house on a quiet new-build street in Canley. It’s a short bus or bike ride and a 20 minute walk to the University of Warwick, and Canley/Tile Hill train station and local shops are close by. It’s a single bedroom. The bathroom is shared with 1 other person. It comes furnished with a single bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and chair, and bedside table. The house has a spacious living room with a sofa, armchair and TV, and windows looking out over open green space Large kitchen/diner with French doors opening onto the garden, a gas hob, double oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a dining table for four There’s a separate downstairs toilet Private enclosed garden with a lawn and patio, which is great for summer evenings Well insulated and kept in good condition, and the landlord is responsive Rent doesn’t include bills and they are split three ways.
We’re two Warwick students (3rd years, M Computer Science, F Maths). The house is fairly relaxed. We’re friendly and happy to share a meal or watch a film together, but we also respect each other’s space and quiet time, especially around deadlines and exams.
We’re looking for someone clean, considerate and reliable with rent, who’s happy to share cleaning, take the bins out on rota, and keep the shared spaces tidy. Students only. You’d go on the tenancy agreement with us, and the landlord will do standard reference and right-to-rent checks. Happy to arrange a viewing or a video call.
