Looking for new flat mate as previous flatmate had to move back home due to a change in personal circumstances.

I’m a young professional who is really clean and tidy and respectful of the space I live in. I’m sociable and enjoy football, music, going to the pub and festivals, but I also value having my own personal space and giving others theirs.
