The house has: • A large, well-equipped kitchen • Comfortable front room/lounge • Separate dining room • 3 bathrooms – one on the ground floor with toilet, sink and shower; two on the 1st floor, one with a toilet and jucuzzi and one with a toilet and shower • A large garden, which is perfect for anyone who enjoys gardening • Plenty of shared living space to relax and enjoy together Looking for Someone Who Would Like Company I am particularly looking for a RETIRED PERSON who may be living alone and would enjoy having some company and companionship, rather than simply renting a room and keeping completely separate. Or someone that works from home. I would love to find someone who enjoys spending time together – perhaps: Cooking and having meals together Watching TV or films in the evenings Playing cards or board games Gardening and enjoying the garden Sitting and having a chat over a cup of tea Going out for the day or enjoying activities together There is absolutely no expectation that we have to spend every minute together – you would have your own private bedroom and space – but I would like this to feel like a friendly, welcoming home where nobody feels lonely or isolated. During the daytime, I’d also be happy to spend time together either at home or going out and about, depending on what we both fancy.
