There is a garden at the rear of the property which you are welcome to use, and a shed with storage space for a bike etc.
Bills are included except cleaner which is £30 every fortnight.

I am a 56 year old man and have lived locally for almost 20 years. I work locally as a gardener, and also have a keen interest in sport. I play pickleball and am a member of the local running club.
