I’ve lived here for almost two years and love the flat and the building. It’s a well kept block with a concierge and a small gym. Borough Station is about a minute’s walk and London Bridge is 10 minutes away. It’s a really convenient, well connected part of town with Tesco and Sainsbury’s just across the road.

The room Double bedroom with its own bathroom (not shared). The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, window and storage. The bathroom has a bath with a glass shower screen, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.

The flat Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Open plan living room and kitchen, plus a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, induction hob, fridge- reezer, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. The building is quiet and well managed.

Bills About £200 a month on top of rent (approximately, covers the usual utilities).
