I’m looking for a lodger for my spare room. The house is in Bannockburn, about a 15 minute cycle from Stirling city centre on a residential cul de sac. There are a couple of small shops in walking distance and it’s close to plenty of parks and green space. Very close to the motorways so easy to get to Glasgow or Edinburgh. The room is furnished but I’m flexible about changing furniture if you want to bring your own. I live with my dog Panda and we could probably accommodate another dog or a small animal (no cats sadly, he is a cat chaser). We stay in Glasgow with my partner a few nights a week so you’ll often have the house to yourself. Downstairs there is a work space and living room area and shared kitchen. There is one shared bathroom upstairs. There is a garden with a shed to store bikes and things.

I live on my own with my dog Panda, we are fairly quiet and mainly do outdoor activities like going for hill walks/long bike rides. I am a lecturer at Stirling uni in ecology so like to spend as much time outdoors as possible.
