Quiet rural location just one mile from the historic village of Odiham. Ideally situated close to the M3, with a short walk to local bus stops and excellent commuting links to London.

The cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside, close to the canal for walks or water activities, and within easy reach of several excellent local pubs and restaurants.

Accommodation includes: A furnished double bedroom with double bed, large built-in wardrobe and desk.

Shared facilities: Lounge, kitchen, conservatory, study and shower room, plus off-road parking, patio and garden.

Looking for a clean, tidy and considerate housemate. Non-smoker only.
