I’m currently living in a two-bedroom flat in the Duloch area of Dunfermline, and I’m looking for someone to share with.

The flat is ideally located, with easy access to the M90 towards Edinburgh and the A90 towards Perth and Dundee. There are bus stops directly outside the flat on both sides of the road, with services into Dunfermline town centre and towards Edinburgh, Perth and Glasgow.

The flat is on the top floor, so there are a fair few stairs and unfortunately no lift.

The Room & Flat

The spare bedroom currently has a single bed, although there’s plenty of room for a double if that’s what you prefer. It also has a fairly large built-in wardrobe, two bedside tables and a set of drawers.

We’d share the spacious kitchen, bathroom (with bath and shower) and living room.

I haven’t lived here for very long, so there are still a few bits and pieces I need to buy or get around to painting. You’re more than welcome to bring your own furniture and belongings for your room, and I’m very open to discussing décor or making changes to suit us both. 😊

Bills include:

• Gas and electricity (Utilita)
• Broadband and TV (Sky)
• Council tax (Band C)

We can discuss the costs in more detail when you come for a viewing.

With the cost of living and energy prices changing, we may need to review the bills in the future depending on our combined usage. Any changes would be discussed openly and agreed between us.

A Little About Me (and My Dog!)

I have a lovely spaniel who lives with me. He comes to work with me during the day, so he’s never left alone in the flat. He’s very well behaved and rarely barks, but it’s important that you’re comfortable around dogs!

I work long shifts, five days a week, so I’m generally home to eat and sleep during the week and have my weekends off.

I’m pretty tidy, very laid-back and easy to live with. I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who’s happy to share a home and have their own space, too.

I’m not really looking for a party flat or someone who plans to have people over all the time, so ideally, I’d like someone who’s respectful of our shared space and enjoys a quieter home.
