My home is on the outskirts of Bracknell Town Centre, near Bracknell College, in a small private development of 23 flats.
The flat is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a small private patio/garden overlooking a large communal garden, secure free parking and a secure bike store.
I am looking for a lodger for my second bedroom with shared use of the kitchen and bathroom.
The Town Centre & Train Station are a 5- and 10-minute walk away, respectively, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.
The large double room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, x2 chest of drawers and desk.

Many of the major companies on the southern and western business parks run a company bus service with a pickup and drop point at the train station.
The bus station, situated next to the train station has routes to London, Windsor, Slough, and Camberley.
Easy access to the M3/M4 and surrounding areas including Ascot, Windsor, Slough, Wokingham, Maidenhead & Reading.
About the roomies
I am a professional female (recently diagnosed audhd) working from home and welcome those who are quiet, kind, polite, and considerate.
I foster dogs for a rescue centre. You must be comfortable around a dog, even better if you don’t mind a cuddle with them! The dogs are allowed on the sofa, if this is an issue for you, then it’s not the place for you!

Rent negotiable for those only wanting Monday to Friday.
This is not an HMO or a flatshare; I am seeking a lodger. Previous lodgers that this is suited to have been: . shift workers. . Sun/Mon to Fri let only, returning to their own home at weekends. . Someone self contained, low usage.
Those working Mon-Fri 9-5; it just doesn’t seem to work for me, but I would consider it for the right person.
