I provide lodgings in a large five bed terraced house. There are three good sized double rooms and a single room. The lodgings are open to males between 18 to 25 years old who maybe straight, gay, or bi.

The rent is £400 per month and housing benefit is accepted. Rent in advance and deposit is not required, all bills are included in the rent and there is no limit on maximum stay.

Each room has a Television, Virgin box, broadband and internet/WiFi. They are all fully furnished with bedding provided.

It is a quiet friendly house and I am a live-in owner. The house is shared - downstairs there is a front room, double bedroom, large kitchen, utility room with a washing machine (washing is included), dish washer and fridge freezer also a shower/toilet room. Upstairs there is one single and three double also a bathroom and toilet.

I prefer people who like a quiet calm environment to live in.

I am an active friendly open minded guy. I’m into gym workouts when possible. There is a mixture of straight and gay lads living here and we get on well. It is a quiet safe comfortable house with some support from me.
