We’re looking for a friendly couple to take over our lovely large top-floor en-suite room in a sociable 5-bedroom house in Tooting Broadway.

💷 £1,350/month for the room + £152/month bills for the couple (£675pp rent + £76pp bills)

📅 Available around the end of September/October – flexible on move-in date

🏡 The house You’d be joining 4 other lovely people aged 23–29, all working full-time.

We’re a friendly and social house who enjoy hanging out together, but we’re also respectful of everyone’s space and privacy. It’s a really easy-going house and we’re looking for people who are clean, friendly and relaxed.

There are 4 other housemates, and everyone is really lovely. There’s an Australian girl who works full-time as a teacher, another couple who are both lovely, one works as a TA and the other at the local pub (cheap pints!), and a guy who works at Kensington Gardens.
