The flat is a lovely, modern riverside flat in a great location, with a private balcony overlooking the river and a relaxed, homely feel.

The available room is within a clean, well-kept shared flat, with all bills included. There’s also parking directly outside, and the train station is only around a 4-minute walk away, making it really convenient for commuting and getting into Newcastle.

The area is peaceful while still being well connected, so you get the best of both worlds , somewhere nice to come home to without feeling cut off.

I’m looking for someone friendly, easy-going and respectful who will treat the flat like their own home. I’m pretty laid-back and spend a lot of the day out running my Pilates studio, so I’m generally around more on evenings. I’m equally happy having a chilled night together with food, wine or a cinema trip, or giving each other our own space! ☺️

Minimum stay is 2 months, although I’m happy to discuss shorter-term arrangements depending on circumstances.

I’m a friendly, laid-back professional and I run my own Pilates studio, so I’m usually out and about during the day and home more in the evenings.

I’m pretty independent and enjoy having my own space, but equally love a chilled evening, going for food, cinema trips or sharing the occasional bar night out. I’m looking for someone with a similar easy-going vibe who I can get along with, while still respecting each other’s space.

I’m clean, tidy and really want the flat to feel like a home rather than just somewhere we both happen to live.
