I’m looking for a new housemate to join me in a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath flat with a balcony and a private terrace for the flats.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, friendly and sociable, and who is comfortable with a housemate who works from home and occasionally has friends over. I’d love for the flat to feel like a home that we can both enjoy and feel comfortable in, while still having our own space and independence. I’d like someone who’s up for the occasional chat, dinner or drink together!

The room would be available around the start/mid of October. This is flexible but would need someone by the 20th of October at the latest.

The flats have a lovely community as well, and host socials like the summer BBQ, and Christmas do where we get together and it’s a lovely way to meet the neighbours.

The bills are not included, and come to around ~250 a month. There is a deposit for the flat or you can opt for the no deposit scheme (which is a monthly charge on top of rent, i believe around £25).

A little about me: I work from home 4 days a week, so I’m home quite a lot! I enjoy cooking, reading and having friends over, and I’m quite a social person. I also really value having my own space and being able to relax at home.
