Shared kitchen and living room it’s a standard room £1000(single person) with bills included and no deposit. For a couple £1300. Parking is currently rent out but this can be discussed for a fee Aldi, marks and spencer, Lidl and Sainsburys are within 4-5 minutes walk. Tram is 4 minutes walk. Bus is 4 minutes walk.
