Spacious double room available in a bright 3-storey house in Salford Quays. You’d be sharing the whole house with just one other person, so there’s plenty of space and it doesn’t feel like a typical house share. The house has a separate office/workspace with a large window, a living room with a projector, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, two toilets, bath and separate shower, plus a small utility/drying room. Parking is available. The canal is literally a minute away and the tram stop is around 3 minutes’ walk, with easy access to Manchester city centre and MediaCity. The room is a good-sized double. It currently has a single bed, but I can provide a double bed if preferred. £800 per month, all bills included.

I live here on my own with my cat, so I’m looking for just one housemate. I’m easy-going, friendly and respectful of personal space. I like having a relaxed home where we can both do our own thing, but I’m always happy to have a chat, share a glass of wine or a cheeky pint occasionally. I keep the house very clean and tidy, so I’m ideally looking for someone friendly, reliable and reasonably tidy who wants the place to feel like home rather than just renting a bedroom.
