The accommodation is situated on the top floor and comprises a private bedroom and separate study/home office, with shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden.

The property is shared with the owner, but the top floor provides a good degree of privacy and separation from the main living areas.

Ideal for a professional looking for more space than a conventional room rental.

I am a 29-year-old male professional working full-time. I am very clean, tidy and respectful of the property. I work from home two days a week, with the remainder of my working week spent away from home. Spend relatively little time at home during the week, usually returning after 7pm. I am generally out during weekend mornings and early afternoons.
