Sunny, comfortable single room overlooking the garden in a very quiet, non-smoking, non-vaping home in the heart of Westbury-on-Trym, close to local shops and cafes. The room is a good size for a single, bright and airy with plenty of storage space.

This is a great location for very easy access to Bristol University and the city centre. Also close to the M5 and the University of West of England for those with transport. On street parking only.

All bills are included. Shared bathroom and shower room, kitchen and dining room. WiFi available.

The room would best suit a post-graduate, research student or quiet professional.

I am looking for someone who, enjoys a quiet space, is environmentally friendly and must really like cats.

I am retired (female) and have one cat. Gardening is one of my main interests and I volunteer at Westbury Wildlife Park. I also enjoy knitting, doing jigsaws and reading. I have one son who usually calls by at the weekend.
