Bathrooms: Two bathrooms—a ground-floor shower room and a first-floor bathroom with a bath/shower (17 steps up).
Living Spaces: Shared ground-floor kitchen (2 internal steps), shared living room, large utility room, and basement storage. Garden & Vibe: Garden access from the ground floor. Non-smoker household preferred, but smoking/vaping is fine in the garden.
About the Place & Location A large, characterful Victorian house in Zone 3, perfectly positioned a 15–20 minute walk to both Leytonstone (Central Line) and Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line/Overground). Great night bus links and loads of local shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.
