Unfurnished double room available in a two bed apartment in Mapperley Park, a quiet peaceful area between Nottingham city centre and Sherwood. There is a spacious built in wardrobe with a mirror. Decent sized living room & kitchen with big windows, bathroom with bathtub and shower head. Combined washer/dryer. Plenty of storage cupboards in hallway. 25 min walk from city centre & NTU campus. Plenty of transport links and direct buses into the centre, also not far from city hospital. Super quiet, safe, and peaceful green area, off-street parking permit included. Available immediately!!!

Rent is Ā£462.50 and bills up to Ā£130 per month per person, council tax band A. Open to other young professionals or post-grad/mature students, looking for somebody clean and tidy in shared areas.
