About the room

It is a semi detached dorma bungalow situated in a quiet close in Binstead Ryde. The room advertised is a fully furnished Annexe at the side of the house with its own external entrance. It contains a single bed, small chest of drawers, wardrobe, two tables, chair, armchair, radiator, linen chest, sideboard with plenty of cupboard space. Plus a walk in shower and washbasin.

There is a shared fully equipped kitchen diner (including a washing machine ) and two toilets in the main house.

Council Tax (band C) and all other bills are included. There are pleasant partually wooded gardens at the back and front with tables and chairs on the lawn.

I am looking for someone who is either a vegan, or vegetarian, who doesn’t smoke and who is employed.

About the roomies

There are currently five others living in the main house all male, 4 of which are working full time, the fifth being myself the landlord. One person is moving out on the 20th September, I do not plan to rent advertise this room again.
