3 bedroom flat located in East Horsley, above a shop directly on the high street. I’m looking for 1 or 2 flatmates. Less than a 5 minute walk to the train station which has very good links - 45 mins to Waterloo, 15 mins to Guildford.

Lots of local amenities on the doorstep - Sainsburys, convenience stores, bakery, butchers, library, pharmacy, barbers, takeaways etc. Close to Guildford, Leatherhead and Cobham.

There’s technically only one parking space but it’s a wide enough space to easily fit two cars on.

Flat is split between two floors. A bathroom on each floor, so if there were 3 tenants, myself and the third bedroom tenant upstairs would have to share a bathroom.

Rooms are all very spacious. Living room is fully furnished by myself. And kitchen well stocked. That includes a washing machine that came with the flat, and also my own washer/dryer too.

Rent in total is £1550 a month, so the split would either be £775 or ~£515. So, relatively cheap for the area.

It would just be myself in one of the upstairs bedrooms. My flatmate is planning on moving out at the end of October/start of November.

I’m currently in between permanent jobs, but generally work as a web developer. Currently I am doing some delivery work to tide things over.
