The room is within a nice flat in a 1950’s building which has security entry. It’s a two bedroom flat (both doubles) and the tenant would share the living room, kitchen and bathroom (which has a shower) with the existing male tenant who occupies the other bedroom. The main rooms are south and west facing, which result in the flat being bright and lightsome. There is double glazing throughout and there is gas central heating. The two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker and hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine+drier, and many small appliances. There is a lockup garage on site, in which the existing tenant keeps his motorbike but on-street parking is also available. The flat is on a main bus route and is approximately 15 minutes walk (downhill) to Dundee University and within walking distance of Abertay University. The property is situated between Ninewells Hospital and Dundee city centre.

My wife & I (both retired) own the flat but live in Carnoustie so I am advertising the room’s availability in consultation with the occupier of the other bedroom who will be involved in showing potential tenants round the flat. He is a 35 year old mature student studying mental health nursing at Abertay University.
