The room has a large master bed, plenty of storage and enough space for a computer desk. The house has 1 Gbps fibre internet, a shared living room with a 55-inch TV and PS5, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker and oven, microwave, dishwasher, multicooker and espresso coffee machine. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, garden and off-street driveway parking, as well as free street parking.

The living room has doors separating it from the kitchen, and there is enough space for a second home office setup if needed.

You would be sharing the house with one other person, myself. I’m 49 and work in IT, mostly from home.

I’m easy-going and sociable, but also value having my own space. I’m a gamer myself, so I completely understand wanting to spend time in your room doing your own thing. I also enjoy films, TV series, cooking, coffee, cycling and having a chat or socialising when I’m not working or gaming.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going housemate who is comfortable with a quiet and relaxed household. Occasional guests are fine, but I’m not looking for regular parties, loud music or frequent disturbance.

There would only be two people living in the house, so I’m looking for someone who wants a comfortable home rather than simply a place to sleep.
