About the room

Hi all! We have a lovely size double bedroom becoming available in our 3 bed flat. ✨ The flat has a nice living room which has a balcony. Brixton station is about 15 -20 min journey on the bus, or 30 min by feet. Streatham Hill station is about 6-8 minute walk. There is PureGym 3-4 mins away.

The room comes with the bed & the small chest of drawers but otherwise you have a clean canvas and can design your own room 💁🏼‍♀️

The rent is £910 inclusive of bills. Please send us a message if you think you would be a match! ☺️

The cat no longer lives here. (No pets) 😊

About the roomies

Me (Charli) and Laura are the current housemates and I have been living here 2 1/2 years, Laura for over 5 years now. Sadly our 3rd flatmate will be moving in with her lovely bf🥹 we’re both 28 & 30. Working in the beauty industry and marketing.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
