We’re looking for a 4th flatmate to join our flat and take over a spacious double room, available from late August/early September.

Rent: £740/month Bills: Approximately £50-80/month

The room comes fully furnished with desk and its own wardrobe room

The flat is shared with three friendly male students entering 4th year and is ideally located for QMUL and Barts students.

We’re a friendly and easy-going group made up of two medical students going into 4th year and one apprentice. We’re all quite sporty and like to keep active, but with university and work we’re usually pretty busy and tend to do our own thing.

The flat has a relaxed and quiet atmosphere, which is great for studying and unwinding. At the same time, we’re sociable and always happy to have a chat or catch up around the flat. We’re respectful of each other’s space and are looking for someone friendly, clean and easy-going who would fit into that kind of environment.
