About the room

New tenants will not only have a large bedroom, but their own private living room too. This means that it is only the kitchen and bathroom shared with 1 other tenant in the flat, so plenty of your own personal space to make use of. While it does come unfurnished the bedroom does have a built in cupboard wardrobe.

Overall monthly running costs with bills included is around £810 so this includes

  • £630 for your share of the rent
  • £180 roughly for your share of bills (gas, electric, water, internet & council tax)

About the roomies

I’ve lived at the property since the end of 2019, first with a partner and then with a flatmate who is now moving away for university. I’m pretty chill and quiet and like doing my own thing but am always down for a movie night from time to time. In full tine employment. New tenants must at the very least be LGBTQ+ friendly to ensure a safe and comfortable home.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
