About the room

Quiet & bright 2 bed Flat in Muswell Hill. My flatmate is leaving London and I’m looking for another quiet female to share with. I’ve been here a few months and love the flat and the area.

It’s bright and clean with quiet neighbours, in such a pretty safe area, overlooking Alexandra Palace Park. Walking distance to Crouch End and Muswell Hill Broadway. The W3, W7, and 144 are just steps away for easy connections to Crouch Hill Overground, Finsbury Park, and Alexandra Palace Stations.

We will share the kitchen and bathroom. Both are large, airy, with windows and lots of storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge/freezer, range, microwave, and a newer Bosch washer. You will have full use of the small double bedroom and the large lounge which overlooks the garden. The bedroom can convert into an office space or be used for your storage. It is completely flexible and up to you! I’m in the large double bedroom next to the lounge and am very happy there.

Shared bills include council tax, bills, and Wifi comes to about £135 each. Note that the lounge photos show my flatmate’s furniture. You can bring your own or I can get some replacements - let’s discuss!

About the roomies

It would only be sharing with me. I am a queer 44 year old professional female. I work online for a University. I work from the desk set up in my room and keep regular 9-5 office hours. I love rollerkating, roller derby, animals, crochet, gym, reading, libraries, LGBT books and films, vegan food and going out with friends. I am a non-smoker. I am respectful and tidy and am happy to hang out but also respect other people’s privacy.
