The flat is a 7 min walk to Caledonian Road station which is serviced by the Piccadilly line and a 5 min walk to York Road which has buses to Kings Cross, Camden and Central London.

The room is fully furnished and includes an ensuite and the shared space is made up of a small utility room and a large open plan kitchen/living/dining which has a balcony overlooking Caledonian Park.

It is on the second floor so only a short walk up but the building does also have a large lift. The flat has wide doorways and plenty of open space so this room would be perfect for someone with access needs.

Bills come to roughly £190 each including: council tax, water, gas and electric.

I am a freelance stage manager (I work mostly evenings and weekends) looking to fill the primary bedroom in my two bed flat. I have rented here for close to 3 years and am looking to fill the room with a 30+, fellow creative/freelancer of any gender.

My job is demanding and exhausting so I am often quieter and less social in my down time, that being said I am always up for a sociable home DIY/craft session or a movie night. While I am generally organised and tidy in communal areas, pristine tidiness is never going to be one of my priorities nor do I wish to live with someone who makes tidiness their personality. The flat is lived in and feels that way.
