About the room

Newly furnished studio flat with double bed, dining table, comfortable chairs, small kitchen and ensuite. Own entrance and own garden patio. The room looks out over a beautiful garden to a valley. It is quiet and peaceful. It is a short walk to the bus stop with good bus service straight into town centre, passing university.

About the roomies

We are resident landlords, retired professionals, offering accommodation under the rent a room scheme. We are friendly when meeting at the washing machine or in the garden but the lodger is completely independent and the accommodation suits someone who values their own space and enjoys nature.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
