Enclosed garden and on street parking. Shared bathroom and kitchen there are 2 living rooms and a dining room. There is a premier shop just across the street a shopping centre just down the road.

I recently bought my house and now I’m settled I am looking to rent out 1 of the 3 bedrooms. I work full time and like to keep active. I have a 1 year old pup so you would need to like animals. I am not looking to rent out the 3rd bedroom but it could be used as an office if you work from home. Ideally you would be between the ages of 20 & 35 and be in employment or self employed.
