About the room

Hiya! I’m looking for a flatmate to move in with me in this 2-bed/2-bathroom flat in Notting Hill. We’re doing viewings from the 25th Aug!

It’s a top floor flat with access to a communal garden and we each have our own bathroom. The living area is south facing so lots of light. Kitchen is fully fitted. The room is fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, bed, chest of drawers and desk.

Price is for the room; bills all included, move-in after 19th September

Feel free to ask for more pictures or videos :)

Some useful info: 7 mins to Ladbroke Grove (Hsmith & City, Circle), 13 mins to Notting Hill Gate. (District, Central, Circle lines).

Close to Holland Park and Hyde Park, safe neighborhood near the fun Portobello market.

No smoking, no pets ideally

About the roomies

I’m 25 and work in music and audiobooks, and play a few instruments. I tend to travel every two months and am a huge bookworm.

If you can keep plants alive, you are the perfect flatmate! I’m afraid I have no such luck. The living area has lots of shelves for us to make the flat a home.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
