Unfortunately our previous roommate has finished her university course so we have to look for someone new ! The house is pretty big for the price and includes, one bathroom, one shared kitchen and one shared living room. However, outside is a communal space with sofas. Me and the other roommate are looking forward to meeting new people and are very sociable. We like to keep the communal areas tidy, but we know sometimes life can get on top of you so we are always open to big house cleaning days. The area can be somewhat loud but has never been a problem when trying to get to sleep. There is access to a wide range of things, there are two Tesco’s close by and three corner shops on the street opposite the house. In walking distance to university of Bristol, and BIMM. But there is a bus stop just a few minutes from the house which goes to UWE. We are looking for someone who likes to hang out and can be quite sociable.

The two flat mates are Drew and Rose, Drew is a music student who is very extroverted and friendly. Rose does illustration and is a little more introverted. Both of them are very lovely and kind, good at keeping on top of the cleaning and always down to help if you need anything. I’ll be around too as I’m close friends with them, we like socialising and going to the pub occasionally. The house is quite artsy and communal so sharing things like milk, pots and pans, and cleaning products :)
